We saw two weeks ago from Genesis 1–2 that God loved Adam and Eve by creating a world filled with abundance and a garden for them to live in and enjoy God’s very- goodness.
God so loved, he gave! This isn’t just true when God sent Jesus into the world God has always loved by giving. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” Familiarity with this passage can dull our response.
This week, we’ll be looking closely at one of the most familiar passages in the Bible: John 3:16.
